We are engaged in the sales and service of material handling equipment, airport equipment and golf cars. We are engaged in the manufacturing of stainless steel products & we are also investing in the marketing & sales of hotel furniture. About 1980: EDC established by two engineers Maher Boghdady & Benjamin Tadros to serve the Egyptian industrial market. 1981: Acquired the agency for Oldham Batteries and Avon Tires 1984: EDC established the mining division to become a market leader in the supply and maintenance of several mining Equipment 1993: Become the official agent for Crown Warehouse Equipment 1995: Started a new division supplying the Airports with runway fighting vehicles, ground handling equipment, Baggage Conveyors , airports seats & Baggage trolleys. 1998: Acquired the agency of the forklift division of Daewoo Heavy Industries which joined lately the Doosan Group was bold recently to the large Korean Group Doosan and changed the name to Doosan Infracore. 2005: Signed a contract with Hydroturf to distribute the Club Car golf cars in Egypt. 2006 :Established Pronox a plant for fabrication of steel & stainless steel constructions. 2007: Established Casa d’Art showroom a division to supply hotel equipment & furniture.
