CURRENTLY UTILIZING ALL ITALIAN MACHINERY ON PRODUCTION LINES Sinai Holding Group owns 18 Quarry concessions, spread over four geographical areas, in Suez governorate from which Galala stone is extracted; Ghareb in Menya Governorate and Zafarana from which Sunny stone is extracted; and Sinai from which Teriesta and Khatmeya stones are extracted. The Group currently has five operating quarries - Four Quarries in the Galala Mountain, and One Quarry in the Ghareb area. Badr Marble & Stone Factory will boost the capacity by more than 6 times, jumping from its current production of 25,000 m2/month to a staggering 155,000 m2/month, on a two shift basis 1 shift: 12 hour; this is supported by 9 Gang Saws 4 Block Cutters 2 Bridge Cutters Stripping and Polishing Lines with Polyester and Epoxy Treatment Brushing lines 2 Splitting Lines Calibrated Tiles Line

The Quarries Raw material resourcing is considered the least of our concerns. Owning more than 18 marble quarries, have given us all the support we need in order to deliver what our clients need with large quantities and consistency in delivery times and raw material availability. We are currently operating on 5 main quarries, reaching a production capacity of 4,000m3/month. Our estimated average reserve lifetime of our quarries is around 33 years. Four Quarries in the Galala Mountain and one quarry in Sinai Peninsula. Quarry Production Capacity - The current extraction rate for operating quarries ranges from a total average of 3,300 - 3,800 M3/ month. Labor Force in our Quarries 42 permanent employees 95 daily workers.
