At international coffee industries (Café Najjar), coffee making is an art. We are known by our special brew and mixtures. At Café Najjar we always strive to be the best from the beginning of acquiring coffee as green beans till the moment we sell it. We began in the year 1995, and we were able to reach and maintain one of the top spots in the Egyptian market.
Our production process consists of five operations.
Cleaning: At our factory coffee beans are cleaned by modern equipment leaving the beans free of impurities offering thus the best quality to the consumer.
Roasting: To get the best out of the beans roasting is the essential operation. Its only with high temperature inside the roaster that coffee oils gradually develop to reach a perfect balance of aromas and colors. After Over 30 years of experience in roasting Café Najjar has developed a unique computerized roasting management which enables a repetitive and consistent batch roasting securing the same taste.
Blending: the process consists of sorting and blending the best roasted beans selected from different origins in order to reach a unique and final taste in which every bean would add a special touch.
Grinding: at Café Najjar a new machine allows coffee grinding at less than 50 degrees Celsius thus preserving all aromas and providing variety of coffee tastes.
Packing: this fundamental process requires care and sophistication, this is why at Café Najjar we have chosen to adopt vacuum soft packing with a one way value keeping the beans in a neutral environment and allowing the precious blend to breath.
